After successful reception of the correct quantity of the Vouchers for all the seeds, tools and bags and ensured their correctness and verified and with the approval of the distribution plan by FAO in annex7, Relief winds began the distribution process.
Relief Winds began the distribution of the printed three categories of separate vouchers (seeds, Tools and Bags) to each of the 1750 beneficiaries, after having assessed and ensured it contained the correct beneficiary details and entitlements and stamped with NGO Stamp.
750 vouchers for sorghum, cowpea and vegetables were printed out for distribution, 1750 vouchers for tools (Hoe and forked hoe were printed and distributed and finally 1750 voucher for bags (15 pieces) per beneficiary were printed and distributed.
Relief winds staff has ensured that All beneficiaries upon distributed of vouchers are signing during reception and after collection of seeds according of their entitlements. The beneficiaries exchange voucher for seeds form the trader and sign Annex 8-list of voucher received as a verifying document for all beneficiaries.
